Like fast food electronic entertainment is quick, convenient and addictive but in the same way as a junk food diet can lead to poor health, lethargy and obesity so a constant exposure to electronic stimuli can adversely effect your child’s imagination, creativity and spontaneity. One sure fire way to re energise the children is to encourage them to enrol in extra curricular classes or activities such as dance, sports, music or martial arts. This is guaranteed to put a spring back in their step and a smile on their faces but the benefits to you and your family could be even greater. In addition to the obvious enjoyment of developing new skills and making new friends there are a great many other benefits to be had from taking such classes. |
